January 15

Every topic have an author signed up by January 15. Authors sign up for topic and rewrite or write introductory paragraph for your topic and/or write an outline for your topic by January 15. The list of topics needing an author is here.

Two technical reviewers sign up for each topic by January 22. The list of topics needing a reviewer is here.

A three-day "writeathon" in late January for those who want to have set day(s) to collaborate.

Topic content rough draft or mostly written by January 31.

February 4

Status report sent to BSD news sites, other BSD wikis, and BSD-and-documentation-related mailing lists by February 4. (Also announce upcoming writeathon in same announcement.)

February 10

Cover design ready by February 10.

February 20

Topic content completed by February 20.

February 28

PDF format completed by February 28.

Freeze on project on February 28. (All accounts locked except for few editors.)

March 7

Final PDF submit to printer for printing by March 7. (reed will handle this.)
