iostat -w waittime

iostat -c countnumber displays iostat repeatedly for countnumber times

Use vmstat:

vmstat -c 3 -w 10 shows vmstat 3 times with 10 second delays

Use nfsstat:

nfsstat -c displays client side statistics

nfsstat -s displays server side statistics

nfsstat -w wait displays a shorter summary of NFS activity for both the client and server at wait second intervals
